Is my donation secure?
Yes. Donations are processed through Paystack, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor used widely across Nigeria and Africa. Toivo does not collect or store your card details directly.
Can I make a one-time donation?
Yes. A one-time gift of any amount can be made through our secure Paystack donation link, with no obligation to give again.
How do monthly donations work?
Monthly support is billed automatically each month at the tier you select (₦2,500, ₦5,000 or ₦10,000), through Paystack’s subscription system, until you choose to stop.
Can I cancel my monthly donation?
Yes, at any time. Contact us at info@toivoinitiative.org and we will process the cancellation promptly.

Is my donation tax deductible?
Toivo Family and Community Initiative is registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria (RC: 9234957). Tax treatment of donations depends on your own tax jurisdiction and circumstances; we recommend confirming with a tax advisor.
